omg so glad to ser so many customers also complain @# i started with streaming access, but it took them 2 weeks to get my account linked to the decoder. Ok so now the next month Oct i upgrade to Compact, i pay via the DSTV app, again more than a week 'disconnected ' more than a hour on the phone, her trying to reset the decoder , 2 days later i can start viewing. Few days later, just access channels i get n message sms i need to pay this amount" ok from the sms to paygate i pay, U will not believe 2 weeks im cutt off again ? they send ma a statment -137 ?? ok so no what because the app say im up to date and have a nother account number. No they say i should send a Pdf proof of payment ?? like how because its from the app ? the dont believe the screenshot or statement from their own app? YA SO if ypu take away maths in schools, it means no one will ever help you with account problems again ? stupid useless
