DSTV is *******!! Overcharged and billed and NO refund
Can I give ZERO stars!!!
OVERCHARGED AND BILLED with NO REFUND always fast tracking my escalation!! IS THIS ALL YOU DO?!?!?! FAST TRACKING and nothing further??? If your system isn't offline then what you are on lunch??? because it does not seem that you are working.
DSTV took my money WITHOUT my approval, and now they are not helping at all to get me my money back!! This is why I will never ever support you again for ONE MONTH of viewing (online streaming) you charged met (R2097 without my approval + R699 that I paid for the one month of online streaming) = R2796.00!! That is equal to FOUR months of online streaming!!!
