DStv is one of the worst service renderers

Over the past two months, DStv has stripped 4 channels from the Compact package. Then replenished with a single inferior channel (Me?).

Their navigation software is always faulty, for example the on-screen TV guide, booking of channels for future viewing, maintaining favourites, and I can go on and on. Their *********** software IT technicians wreak havoc, especially during weekends. The cannot do things right, and they don't test their work.

And please, Hello Peter is a public forum, where complaints are lodged which are of interest to other viewers as well. So stop responding in private. If you cannot be truthful, or if you cannot even trust your own promises, then just say so.
