Dstv is now ******** us

I am very disappointed with dstv I pay on the 12..for the past 3 years i have had this date..today the 12 of march m dstv us cut they want a R50 reconnection fee..but I'm like my due date is only today I'm now being told my date Is the 11th..I'm asking them in the past 3 years when have I paid on the 11th they are telling me the system says the 11th..y would the system says 11th after 3yrs of paying on the 12...can someone attend this ..why must I pay reconnection fee my date is only today
