Dstv is nothing but a money making machine

Worst customer service of all!!!

We pay them ****loads of money to watch the same **** over and over , but when it comes to correcting their mistakes they make you feel responsible and I have yet to get hold of someone competent enough to resolve my complaint.

I want my refund for a cancellation of subscription that they claim wasn’t carried out correctly.
