DSTV is not refunding my money

I contacted DSTV to cancel my DSTV subscription and I was advised I did it within time of the cancelation requirements only for my payment to be deducted at the end of the month. I canceled it and made other commitments with that money as it was now going towards my Fibre.

I have made several calls and DSTV claims that it has to go through 2 refund processing systems and I have still not received my money almost a week later. My subscription is canceled and I have no access to DSTV, money and now I cannot pay my Fibre as DSTV is not releasing my funds.

I now need to pay overdraft charges to my bank and a fee because my account went into a minus and I cannot pay my Fibre...
