dstv is not professional at all

dstv is not a **** I'm paying for it but they don't deliver service, my decoder has not been playing for months and there is no repair center in the whole of vanderbijlpark. How come such a big company like this one not having a repair center. I'm watching tv via laptop and its an inconvenience. 404 error not solved over the phone nor on whatsaap what kind of a big company doesn't have a reliable technical center nor professional call center? No Wonder why a lot of people are moving to waka we are paying a lot for nothing. Please help
