Dstv is not a contract but prepaid service

My issue here is that and it is coming for months with Dstv , When i paid for reconnection (17/12/2015) i was not told before hand that i am only paying prorata till the 06/01/2016 ,since my payment date with them is the 6th of the month)and the rest will not last for a month as this would save me from the inconvinience and unnecessary costs . Instead they leave you with an impression that you are subscribed for a month and always wait till sevices are cut and only explain to you afterwards so that they can score on additional costs like reconnection costs.Another problem Dstv is not a contract but a prepaid service which of if you pay on the 17th you should get services till the 17th not otherwise.<br> <br> Now because of them i did not recieve the 30 day viewership i paid for and they cant come and say i owed them money because understanding is they dont give viewership on credit.I want to get my viewership for a full month i paid for , if my payment was not enough for a month viewership they should have told me before hand.<br> Henceforth i want to get my services from Dstv on a prepaid basis just like any other prepaid,i.e 17th till 17th of the following month .
