Dstv is nonsense

Got the worst service ever. I saw a special on a compact deal that has recording and you also get a router and pay no installation fee so I contacted dstv call Centre and app**** for the deal and was approved. I got an sms that the dstv will be installed on the 14/12/2020 at 11am fine I took a day off from work so that the installer will find me at home. The installer didn't pitch so I contacted the call Centre & nobody answered for an hour OK fine then I went to their website atlist you can chat to their agents there and I chatted to an agent by the name of grace she was excellent and had answers to all my question she even gave me the number of the installer to check how far he is, I called the installer who was rude & said he won't come today & it's not his fault that dstv didn't contact me to inform me that he won't be coming mind you i took a day off. I went back to the dstv website & this time was allocated a stupid agent by the name of ditshwanelo she was clueless and didn't make any effort to ask for my details so that she can check my acc and assist, she took more than 14min to respond to everything I said she even refused to ask grace (the lady who assisted me before) to assist me again I told her that I want to rate her service she just left me there hanging without allowing me to rate her. Fortunately as I didn't exit the website grace came to my rescue again and tried to assist. Dstv has the poorest service because their installer didn't pitch to install the new dstv & deactivate the old 1 & they didn't even bother to inform me, they are saying tomorrow they will deduct for 2 dstv because their system already reflects that I have 2 dstv & the only person who can deactivate the old 1 is their installer. It's not my fault that they didn't honer the appointment of installing & deactivating so y must I pay for 2 dstv? Mxm this is nonsense & unprofessional. As for their untrained agent ditshwanelo she will make them loose customers she's lazy & doesn't know what she's doing. My dstv ref is SD5NB6
