dstv is nonsense

I thought my DSTV account is paid up .Apparently I owed them money because someone at dstv didnt disconnect me when i was supposed to be disconnected.i told the call centre agent i could not disconnect myself.i dont have the means to teleport to dstv and flip a switch to disconnect.however to avoid drama like the ****py shows on dstv thats repeated over and over again i decided to pay the amount.so after paying the amount im getting continuous calls from debt collectors to pay the amount i already paid.why cant dstv just tell their people i paid the money.now im getting calls at work to pay an amount i already paid.clearly there is no respect for customers or updating records or hearing customers out.i will never come back to dstv ever.i hope other streaming services take all your customers.
