Dstv is nonsense

Dstv is really becoming more ****ty by day. For the past 3days they have been unable to assist me with my two accounts, I made an immediate payment and they said they cant see it I then had to send POP bow again they are saying they cant find my payment even after I emailed the pop. One moment i am owing money the next i am not, one moment they cant see my payment the next they do and the consultants are RUDE....really it take 3 flippen days to update??????? Each day i am getting convinced on cancelling my subscription they repeat the same thi g anyway. This is beyond annoying I spend so much time and airtime holding to be assisted and I dont even get the assistance argg.
