DSTV is ****ming people

I was phoned by your call centre agents to say that i can have the dstv router with 55GB day & night. I got the package for R196 and i confirmed.

I got the router on Friday 9th May, and by 12th May my internet was depleted.

When i phoned DSTV they said i must pay pro rata, and my outstanding is R606. I must pay for DSTV family package that i havent even had for more than 6 years.

The agent that sold me the package said the pro rata and my installement will go off on the 31st.

They lie and sell **** packages. Be careful, i want to return the router now i must pay R1800????????? Because they **** to me?

I dont understand how they work. I will report them to ombudsman, and will block them with my bank.
