Dstv is ****ming old people
The issue of closing DSTV insurance has not been resolved until this day .Dstv consultants are still calling my father requesting money.
This doesn't make sense . How can you close a Dstv account and the insurance is still active. And DSTV responded as if they're busy with investigation but we haven't heard from Dstv consultants .
The account was closed last year in November 2023 so they waited the whole year and started to call us last weekend about insurance that we owe.if Dstv doesn't close the account. I will take it further to Ombudsman.
