DSTV is making me pay more

This dstv is starting to irritate me, for the third time they do this to me. I don't know if they think I'm a money machine. I paid my dish as normal on the 16th for the 18th, they sent me a message that I owe 30 rands, I didn't pay it immediately and then after paying it they sent me another message telling me that they've stopped my viewing and I must pay 88 rands. For what? This is annoying because they've shown that they don't care about their customers as they have no competition. We will pay because we must watch vele. I'm not happy!
