Dstv is lying

Good day all, I have been trying to get my account sorted out from last year November 2019, I have been on price lock for the past 2 years like they advertise, and now they say I still need to be on for another 2 years so in total is going to be 4 years on price lock. Nobody gets back to me and also nobody in miltychoice can help me. And the best of all in they bill me every month R1900. Please do not get food by this people. My account number is ***4
