DSTV IS LITERALLY ROBBING ME

Cancelled our DSTV subscription 10 months ago. Money is still being debited from my account 10 months later. We phone at least 3 times every month and try to get the problem resolved. They apologize and promise a refund and to stop taking money from the account. They've just taken it again for next month and we are over R11 000 out of pocket. Please advise as this is ***** and we have no further option but to lay ******** charges. We're owed over R11 000 and they're still deducting!!!!!!!!!!! Zero has happened after our lawyer sent a letter of demand. Cops station it is then!!!!
