Dstv is just always sorry that "something went wrong"

Your applications, both on Android and even TV (Apps) never work. There is a clear lack in programming and even trying to resolve the issues. Everybody gets the same error: We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again. How can you give such a vague error! No error code or any explanation?! How do you even plan to diagnose an error without any explanation on what or where the error is? Get someone who knows what they are doing to fix this poor service. Look at your reviews and ask yourselves how you are doing in giving people the services they pay for, not what you are doing because we all know that is absolutely nothing.
