Dstv is just a joke

I'm not happy at all with DSTV, I have been complaining about my viewing. As far as I know my explora decoder is supposed to rewind, pause, record and also catch up , but mine I can't do any of that. Every time I record something it will only record for 1 min or even seconds, everytime I want to catch up ,there are no records. I have been complaining about this,but it doesn't seem to be resolved, instead i will receive emails that one of the consultants tried to contact me with no luck. I don't recommend this to anyone it's nonsense.
