Dstv is insurance ****

DStv is not only *********** but they are liers too . I spoke to more than six of their agents and all of them gives me different amounts to pay but neither one of then is able to send me statement that will will reflect the amounts they claim I am in arrears for. I am told about the insurance waiver thatI did not approve off neither have been informed or notified ,Iwas told that the waiver and insurance was cancelled and the amount would be reversed but a week later nothing has been done , when I asked what is waiver waiving and how much it is no one has explained to me what amount is this waiver,I then asked for how did I get to the arrears they talk about because this is a pay as you go and I pay first so how come I am in arrears when I nevee missed any payment no one has come up to explain that they busy promising to contact me and they ever do. Why would I want to pay an insurance waiver which is actually higher than the insurance it self when I will benefit nothing in return ? I asked them to refund me that too they can't do . I had to waste money again to buy an Arial to watch SABC when I shoul be watching dstv since I paid . When I asked them how did I get to the arrears they can't say , but the insist I was in arrears , I asked for the statement they cant that either . I want to put it out on record that dstv has proven to be ******* "abakhuthuzi" that *****
