Dstv is *****ing money
If got a 2 year contract with dstv with wifi somehow my insurance on my internet router was canceled but now they said it only had a year insurance on all decoders and router and i never took out new insutance but i still have my insutance on my decoders somewhere they messed up and now my router is broken and they dont want to exchange it but it was only a uear but i got a 2 year contract dstv is lying to people just to make money and still im paying the same amount i did 1 year ago so if my insurace didnt work why pay the same dstv is bull****ting people

22 Mar 2024, 16:33After we have been struggling with dstv for 5 weeks as a result of that we paid R200 short so they phoned me this morning and told us that oir internet has been blocked because of that so we did pay it up and still we got the same problem after alot of calls and emails it cost me so much money i phon3d again and this time they told me but everything is active on there side so someone is lying and not doing there job and im fed up with all this ****. Dstv services are bad and you cant even call it service because there is non.
This matter has been going on for way to long and it beter get fixed today.
