Dstv is ******ing it’s customers

I paid my account on the 23/01/2025 and had to call into the call centre for an upgrade. This happened, no prorata was communicated then from nowhere my services where disconnected. Then I was placed on hold for 20 minutes without any assistance. Disgusting service from dstv
