Dstv is *****ing from me

Hi Im paying R550 for my DSTV package every month. So end of June went and paid my R550 at pnp when i get home still i was disconnected so i called only i was told that I have insurance and also additional channels i have added.

Mind u never did all those things, i asked for proof of me agreeing to those things but the lady called Sisipho refused. Whole month of July my dstv has been disconnected been calling everyday regarding this but thy refusing to assist me or refusing me. I paid again this month same thing is happening.

There was a lady who called about insurance i told her i don't want it and thy went and took it without my permission so that thy can get commission.
