DSTV IS ***********!!!!!!!!!

Multichoice is ***********. DSTV has got an app. On the app there are rewards that you can win when you spin the wheel of happiness.

On the 26th March I won a free one month package upgrade to the Premium package, which I only received on 25 April.and it was supposed to revert back to Compact Plus on 25 May which did not happen. I contacted them a week after this date and said they must downgrade me to back Compact Plus which they did. My balance at this stage showed that I owed R1900 which was completely wrong as the upgrade was supposed to be FREE which it seems was not the case. I contacted them on messenger and they eventually fixed my account, and the following week for some reason they downgraded me to the Compact package that I did not request, when I contacted them once again they said I had to pay R130 so that I would not get disconnected before they could change my package back to Compact Plus. Now this month again my account says that I must pay R1388 which is again completely wrong, it must be R559 for compact plus. They are now charging me R859 for the "free" month.

They obviously have no idea what they are doing or it's a scheme to make extra money.
