Dstv is has the worse service and never allow a debit order option.

I canceled my subscription with dstv last month and yet they deducted again yesterday after I have given a full month notice, I spoke to Kabelo and he confirmed that my subscription was canceled. I want my money back , my bank account is at a minus cause of this deduction...Honestly DSTV service is the worse, they make canceling so hard. Taking the debit order option as means of payment is the worse decision ever cause you can't even reverse it yourself .
