DSTV is going under because they don't want sales

I am trying to Sign up for a Fibre + Streaming Deal from DSTV. Website does not allow me to purchase this online as the system get stuck. I've been trying to get assistance via chat and Kholiswa from the Fibre sales informed me that they will escalate the matter. It has been 3 weeks since I tried to get this service. Seems like DSTV does not want business anymore and therefore they are going down
