Dstv is getting worse, I am out

This is the worst, called multiple time cause I can't view other channels on my subscription they kept saying they are attending to it until I decide to downgrade cause I was paying for something I can't even view then doom they disconnect my services and telling me they are not able to reconnect it I need to pay reconnection fee. WHY SHOULD I PAY RECONNECTION FEE IF I PAID ON TIME
