dstv is getting worse

the worst service ever! after speaking to the last 2 ladies and a lot of my airtime getting finished our query is still not resolved. AyANDA promised to call back. Its more than 4 hours later, now this one hung up on me after being extremely rude. Debit went of but still no service?
