Dstv is getting to be the same as SABC which mean useless. They advertise a lot of email addresses on google but not one of it is active. Even copied their new owners Canal+ customer services and not even they reply to your emails. Eventually Phoned in to asked for their email address and I was told they only have one. (***) This also are not answered. The lady that answered is either not trained properly and also not very helpful. The just apologise which mean nothing for me. Such a big broad caster only has one telephone number and one email address. This means they don’t care what their customers think and what to complaint about I am on the premium package since started in the nineties and never missed one payment. Here is another big company that is going downhill fast due to poor management which don’t care for their customers. They can’t even broadcast the cricket series in Namibia between SA, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Said they had technical issues on their Facebook page. When I phone in, they said they didn’t get the broadcast rights. In the meantime, the ICC Channel broadcasted the game. Now I must use my data to watch the game and I pay for 2 decoders.
