DSTV is gaining from my interest being accrued

<p>In 2011, I became a premium subscriber.</p> <p>At the time, I paid my subscription but your consultant gave me a wrong reference number.</p> <p>As a result, the money went into an unclaimed payment account. That was five years ago!!!</p> <p>Every year I try to get my money credited to my account- no doubt by now, it has gained interest lying in an unclaimed payment account.</p> <p>And yet DSTV won't assist. It was their error and yet I must fall victim to poor customer service.</p> <p>I sincerely hope you enjoy living off my interest.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
