Dstv is ***** billing customers....

Pity I can't give them 0, no ****** stars, DSTV is a ********** company, I had a fight with them because I paid for a package that had missing channels, when their technicians failed to resolve that issue, they suggested we subscribed on their internet service. Subscription is supposed to be R699, their consultants said its a 3 months deal, now we joined in June we paid R699, July R811 and August they billed us R839, clearly when there's Subscription the amount can't be variable especially for internet as we use our own internet. I've been chucked from pillar to post by their consultants claiming that "They fast track the escalation", that **** gone for days with no feedback while they disconnect the service due to their own incompetence.
