Dstv Is ***** and a ****

On the 13 August 2022 an Amount of R13000,00 was mistakely paid in to my Dstv account number ***0. I called the call center on Saturday which was 14 August 2022 and I was advised to go to the walk in center which is in Nelspruit and give them a copy of my ID, bank statement and proof of payment and I did that the consultant told to expect the refund within 7 to 14 working days. It's been 20 days now and I haven't received any refund, feed back from Dstv nor a valid reason why I haven't received my money back. Every time I called I would be told a different story and no one knows where would I receive the money, infact I don't get a valid response why Im still not refunded. Mind u its now the 9 of September I haven't paid rent, transportation and school fees. I'm not happy with their service
