Dstv is failing me

Hi.. My name is vuyiswa and am writing to complain about dstv..they told me to pay R322..to reconnect my package..which I did..and then after that they don't reconnect they tell me to pay another amount of R336 to reconnect..wich I just payed the amount of R322 and I showed them the slip that I payed with...because that was the amount I found on my bill...
