DStv is doing business in bad faith

DSTV is doing business in bad faith.

Nearly a year ago Multichoice offered me router or access to wifi , confirming a monthly payment of less than R70 per month for 25 megabytes day and 25 megabytes during the night(calling it special offer) Along the way I realized that multichoice was charging me more than agreed upon, the multichoice increased from -R70 to + R170 per month without communicating with me. I requested cancelation of their service and collection of their router, they never fetched their router or advise me on where to deliver their router.

On the 28th April 2023, I requested them to reconnect and further asked them how much must i pay for reconnection,, They confirmed that if I pay R278 , I will be reconnected. I paid R300 , and they further requested +R500, I never used their service in the past two month.

And I requested lowest subscription fee on both my decoders, which will be less than R30 each.
