DSTV is creating false outstanding balances to make more money???

I paid my full annual subscription on the 5th of June 2018 after being disconnected. I then made payment for reconnection fee.

A few weeks later I get a message that I should pay my outstanding balance using SNAPSCAN. Why am I getting SMSes about outstanding amounts when I have paid in full including the R50 reconnection fee? Please resolve this
