DSTV is cheating me out of R170
Good Day DSTV is charging me for services not used in March 2019. I stopped paying DSTV cause I couldn't afford it. this year I wanted to reactivate my service and DSTV charged me R169 plus wanted me to pay R448 which includes the reactivation fee which is unfair. No where on the terms and conditions does it state that if I don't pay I will get charged for services not used and also DSTV is a prepaid service so why do I have an outstanding amount on a prepaid service?
