DStv is boring

DStv is like still using Nokia 3310 in today times, the company suffer from self fail problem diagnosis, I have DStv at home but spend the whole day watching YouTube instead of DStv, their problem is that they are outdated, in YouTube you get live news, you get news just about, everything,not news about ANC everyday, you get documentaries about everything, reality shows,you get information about business, recipes, gardening,shows about animals, after that you then watch Netflix, my question to DStv or canal is this, why are you advertising Netflix but have lost customers to it, all my family members have dropped DStv and are on Netflix and WiFi for youtube and tiktok, so me as a subscriber DStv never asked me what I want, they decided, if you look at DStv compact the only Interesting thing there is Investigation discovery, but when you go to national geographic, you find shows being repeated since 2015,that is 11 years ago,they then have DStv Explora, I mean isn't any DStv decoder an Explora itself given the countless repeats,who needs an Explora,DStv is an automated Explora itself,I have decided to reach out to hello Peter because DStv is failing me and does not understand the importance of what is going on in media television today, DStv is still in 1995 in the way it's operating, 1995 during a time Nokia 3310 existed, DStv is mi**** to someone using that phone today,they then introduced ShowMax, that ****ed DStv subscribers because we could see most shows that where already should be playing on DStv where playing on ShowMax, simply because DStv wanted to compete with ShowMax without understanding that the way they are doing it they are causing themselves to loose customers because as shows where now diverted to ShowMax, remaining DStv shows became repeated, DStv should be DStv not another Netflix because Netflix is not trying to be another DStv, another problem with DStv is greed, during the time whereby their subscribers increased their subscription increased without cease,many subscribers try to raise their concerns on DStv but DStv treated their subscribers like they were employed by DStv instead of their clients,if I a client says could you please improve and you dont listen, then you are telling me what you want to give me,so DStv, Im giving you six months, if the situation remains the same Im out, I already have WiFi, Netflix ♥️and YouTube,I'll be adding also Disney movies, oumy god,where have this channels been all my life, DStv, you are working for me,step up or I'll give you the boot, I don't have to beg anymore I got other options
