DSTV is billing incorrectly

Monthly fees for premium is R809 pm. However, I am an annual customer payer meaning I pay R809pm x 11 = R8899 at my 1 June anniversary.

Please explain how is it that I now owe R980.81 when I am an annual customer? This amount has no relation to R809pm either. Please clarify/fix.
