DSTV is bad, cancel all your subscriptions with them!!!!

I am so frustrated with dstv, i phoned out 120 of airtime and still they are not helping me, i try to use the whatsapp self service to down grade my package but it does not want to help me do it, i alrwady made a payment but i rather want my money back as to be with dstv, ill rather let everyone in my family cancell their subscription as you cant help your customers properly. I am discusted, 96p*** is my id nr *** if you want to phone me
