DSTV is as of now the worst service in the world

Where to begin DSTV just took R9564.75 from my bank account and my premium must only be R483.09. I phoned several times during the month of Jan holding on for hours they told me they had a clutch on their system and they will correct the amount to be deducted. IT WAS NOT CORRECTED AT ALL !!! . Looked on their system today and my new premium for end March is NOW R8617.00. DO DSTV HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT DISTRESS, INCONVENIENCE AND THE IMPLICATIONS THEY JUST CAUSED US. CAN ONE OF THE DIRECTORS OF DSTV PHONE ME PLS IT SEEMS YOUR STAFF DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL !!!! Plz also note their DSTV-Wats-up system can be hacked while sorting this mess they informed me their Wats-up system I used of DSTV was hacked and there is now a person that watch DSTV for free on our name. We have been with DSTV for the last 25 years and now I understand why people are disconnecting their DSTV its because of nightmares like this .
