DSTV IS **** AND CLIENT SERVICE NONE EXSISTANT

I pay my mothers DSTV account every month and dur to COVID-19 we havent been paid. DSTV still charged a reconnection fee and they not able to downgrade my mom service until the 20 May. we are forced to be with DSTV **** if we only had another altertive we would be using them. There call centre staff are complete **** and no cliebt service. Spoke to Zanele in finance and she is totally deviod of being in the sevrice indtusty. Team leader and amnagers are never available. you are the worst servuce provide ever. My monther is a pensioner as well and still charge her month reconnetion.
