DSTV is always robbing me month in month out
Am tired of DSTV doing the same thing every month. December I paid for my January subscription today I get an SMS that they have stopped my dstv because I owe them. How the hell did that happen when I have paid. They say I owe R958 how did we even get there? lately dtsv has some crazy hidden costs its annoying. can you please fix this nonsense.

25 Jan 2022, 13:08To this date I am still waiting for communication from DSTV. I keep calling your call center with my money and time and I just spoke to a very rude agent Andile he hang up the phone while I was still talking. can I please be called back with answers.
