Dstv is all about the money!!!

<p>I have been a loyal customer of dstv for many years on the premium package with extra bouquets, with thousands spent on a package I would have expected better service. 1 month my debit order fails me for a particular reason and I get treated like ****! I am so disgusted with dstv, I have to accommodate for a reconnection fee out of my own inconvenience as this was not communicated to me via the *********** advisor, to make matters worse I spoke to the manage thinking he/she would handle my matter in a more professional way but to my suprise she told me that she does not have to inform me that I must pay the amount due in 24 hours, how is this possible ?? She then says she is going to cut the call on me. Dstv is this the caliber of people you employ at management level ????? I will never pay that amount again for being treated the way I just did. In the past 10 months I have paid over R10 000 yet they complaining about a pro rata fee of R419, how does this make sense ??? Is this the Type of business you practice, I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience at dstv!</p>
