Dstv is abusing me
I have 2 decoder with dstv,1 on compact, 1 on access,and a dstv router,I have 2 month paying for a router,that is not working,router only works after 12am,my kids can't do their homework,I have called dstv nemorious times without any help,they firstly tells me that,my problem is been ascalated,this days they just keep me on hold and hung up,I don't know which platform should I follow because am paying for nothing,Dstv useless,and full of unprofessional consultant,who don't even no nothing

11 Mar 2024, 13:15Dstv is so useless,and they don't care about their customer,am still waiting for feedback even now,I have sent my details on their fb page,emails,calls,without any help,I don't advice anybody to use their router,it's so useless,they will deduct ur money and fail to account,when it's not working
