Dstv is a ***** with useless system and agents.

What a horrible services, i made a payment on the 27th of April 2023 via eft and my services were disconnected the following day. I called them and sent through my proof of payment but till date my issue has never been resolved.i called dstv more than 5 times as tgey kept disconnecting my services even though i paid and now my services are disconnected again i'm so disgusted because they hire people with no skill and how come till date with pop they cant allocate my payment how much must i wast calling dstv for my issue to be resolved. This is disgusting and pathetic for such thing to keep happening even though i paid i've already wasted R100 more calling dstv for my issue to be resolved but well nothing its happening. I think this dstv thing are a *****, how dare you receive my money but demand that i pay again and even more this time im so ****ed off..usesless agents and system.
