Dstv is a **** ....we are being ****med .my money is gone and I'm suppose to pay for services I ddnt not ask for

Number 1....Mutli choice is ****ming people .I made a payment of R131 to an incorrect dstv but they refused to fix my error even after showing them all the prove ...number2 they opened a decoder for someone else using my details without me being available, I don't know where they got my id number and my other personal information, I now have 2 decoders and I'm forced to pay for both of them .I asked them to permanently block 1 decoder but they still require me to pay for it
