DSTV is a waste of money!

I have dealt with DSTV for many years. I am a premium client. Their IT department is forever messing up with episodes on their catch up. Either episodes are missing or incorrectly numbered etc. Even if you bring it to their attention by emailing them directly, they will NEVER respond or fix the mistake. They are so useless and ***********! Not worth the R919 per month!!!!
