Dstv is a waste

Good day

I am really getting annoyed with DSTV,to think how long I have been a dstv customer it is so annoying, firstly I called a couple of weeks back to get assisted only to be disrespected by an agent that did not even help me,I had to go to the nearest Dstv store the agent assists with linking my account to my phone but it's still useless because I can't access it,it keeps loading but does not play from the first day,next thing the agent did not tell me the password now I'm busy trying to reset the password but it keeps saying "something went wrong " the whole time.so basically I have been paying for services I can not use for almost two months now,I just want a refund and to cancel my subscription.
