DSTV is a very bad product
DSTV is a very bad product. The streaming software is just awful, very dated, no subtitles and picture quality very bad.
Your website doesn't even work properly. I am trying to disconnect my package and it just hangs, says processing. I tried chatting to one of your agents and they said I must use the app, not the web. But then why on earth do you have the option on the web? Another agent told me previously to do it on the web.
And you wonder why people don't like DSTV.
