DSTV is a useless organization.

DSTV truly sucks. I am a subscriber on DSTV Stream. My credit card debit order has come off my account regularly over the past few months. When I accessed my DSTV Stream service this evening, suddenly I only have a few channels. My monthly Stream service is the R799 per month Full Bouquet package. So I am not seeing all my channels. This month they have debited my account twice. I have sent proof of bank account supporting this accusation. I have spent almost 1 hour on the phone to explain the situation. Now I am told that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get my full bouquet and on top of that I have paid twice for the service. What a useless organization. I have subsequently deleted my debit order and will in future only pay cash. Of course that is if I havnt decided to move to a new online service.
