DSTV is a thieve

Hello. I'm having a problem with DSTV. I have bought a New DSTV package on the 10th of November and activated it on the 11th of December by paying for a 30days package of R100 per month. I chose 28th as my pay day for my service but within 30days of my package; DSTV already disconnected my service at least 4 times. That made it impossible to proceed paying it since my areas were now more than my monthly subscription for a month and they have accumulated even before I could utilize the 30 days that I've paid for. Now they told me that I'm owing them R322 which is more than 3 month subscription fees for my package.

I'm asking For your assistance on resolving this issue so I can be given all 30 days of the service that I've paid for without disconnection. I am a very unhappy customer and I believe that DSTV has ****** my money.
